WFDB library can support reading and writing files in the formats used by PhysioBank databases(among others). For more information, please visit http://www.physionet.org/physiotools/wfdb.shtml

WFDB_tools is a Matlab interface to the WFDB library. Unfortunately, WFDB_tools are mainly developed based on Linux, you have to install Cygwin(free software simulate Unix in Windows) if you want to use it in Windows.

To solve this problem, I compiled the whole WEDB library into a single dynamic link library called WFDB.dll and re-write the WFDB_tools. Now you can use it directly without any emulate environment. WFDB_tools(native windows version) are avalible WFDB_tools_windows.

Cause the bolg does not support upload a zip file, please use 'Save As..' to download it and change the file extension to '.rar'.
