Unfortunately, WFDB_tools are mainly developed based on Linux, you have to install <a href="http://cygwin.com/">Cygwin</a>(free software simulate Unix in Windows) if you want to use it in Windows. </p> <p>To solve this problem, I compiled the whole WEDB library into a single dynamic link library called WFDB.dll and re-write the WFDB_tools. Now you can use it directly without any emulate environment.
